Medical Records

With AlarmCare your vital health information is kept on file, so as soon as a help signal is received, one of our highly trained operators will retrieve this information and pass it to the medical authorities. Unique Smart Pendants

Every AlarmCare system comes with a unique smart pendant. What that means is that if two or more people are living together and sharing an AlarmCare System, each AlarmCare pendant can send a unique which will tell central station who has pressed their pendants button and will bring up that person’s medical history. This way we know who in the house has sent the distress signal and we can pass that person’s medical information to the medical authorities! With most other companies, all pendants signals are the same and the specific user cannot be distinguished!

Voice Prompts

Your AlarmCare unit will notify you with easy to understand voice prompts if there is a problem with the system or pendent. For example, if there’s a low battery or your phone line is down the system will speak and let you know. Beyond that, at anytime you can press a button on the system and it will state the status of your unit. Clear and easy to follow, AlarmCare’s voice prompts make the system perfect for everyone!

Supervision

The AlarmCare System is fully supervised. This means that your system and pendants are constantly communicating with the AlarmForce Central Monitoring Station, so we can ensure that your system is working properly at all times. For example, if the battery in your Emergency Pendant gets low after a few years, we will be notified and call you to arrange a replacement!
