"AlarmCare customer fell and could not get back to their feet, so they pressed the button on their AlarmCare pendant. The AlarmCare Central Station Operator connected with the house and was informed of the situation. The Operator contact an ambulance and reported the situation to them. An ambulance was promptly dispatched and the Central Station Operator stayed on the two-way communication with the user until the paramedics arrived. All turned out ok."

Hector reported that the station received a medical alarm and promptly sent the fire/ambulance. It turned out that our client’s son had fallen and hurt himself. The son was taken to hospital but was doing fine and the client was really pleased with the way the situation had been handled.

Received a keyfob panic signal, the client informed the operator that she had fallen and needed assistance getting up. Emergency services were dispatched to the residence immediately.

Received a panic signal from the residence – operator Julie spoke to lady who was on site with her elderly mother. There was a female intruder breaking through the glass in the front door and yelling and screaming. Police dispatched by Vikram and they apprehended the suspect outside the residence. Police said, “AlarmForce did an amazing job handling this alarm”.
